We are looking for profiles with a background in engineering (Aerospace, Systems, Software, Telecommunications) or related higher vocational training cycles. Previous experience in the aerospace sector is not essential, but a solid technical foundation and a B2 English level are required.
No, participation in the CIAC Talent Career Hub is completely free for selected talents. The program is funded by a scholarship from the consortium of collaborating companies looking to onboard highly qualified profiles into their workforces.
The training is delivered in a hybrid format (live online sessions and in-person masterclasses at our facilities). It lasts for 12 intensive weeks, designed to be compatible with the final months of university studies or your current job.
Although we cannot guarantee 100% hiring, our job placement rate is over 85%. Upon completion, you will directly enter the final selection processes of our industrial Partners with the advantage of already being technically and competently validated by CIAC.
